Six rules for a card people keep
WelcomePing cards are the standard 85.6 × 54 mm, the same size as a bank card. Here's how to make yours look great and tap every time.
Keep the front simple
A logo and maybe one short line. The card does the talking once it's tapped.
Always add a QR code
Not every phone reads NFC. Make the QR at least 18 mm wide, dark on a light background, with clear space around it.
Mark the tap spot
A small NFC symbol tells people what to do. Metal cards and large foil areas can weaken the tap, so ask us first.
Print less, link more
Printed details can't change, but the digital card can. A name and job title are plenty.
Mind the edges
Keep text and logos 4 mm inside the edge, and extend backgrounds 3 mm past it so nothing gets trimmed.
Send sharp artwork
A vector logo (SVG, PDF or AI) or a PNG at least 1000 px wide. Keep text at 6 pt or larger.
Whichever side of the tap you're on
Just tap and go
